South American grill spice blend 10x1000 g (Böllér Kft) box

Ingredients: edible salt, cracked black pepper, ground paprika class I sweet, flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate), paprika granules, cracked MUSTARD SEED, garlic powder, ground coriander, onion granules, spices, colour (paprika extract), spice extract (hot paprika extract).

Store in a cool. dry place at normal temperature!

Recommended dosage: Brush the prepared meat slices with oil, then sprinkle evenly with
the spice blend. After resting for 15-20 minutes, cook on a grill, in a frying pan or in the oven.
40 g of spice blend is sufficient for approx. 1,5-2 kg of prepared, unsalted meat.
