Ingredients: edible salt, onion granules, flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate), garlic powder, dextrose, ground white pepper, GROUND MUSTARD SEED, ground rosemary, ground lemon balm, rubbed basil, spices, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).
Store in a cool. dry place at normal temperature!
Suggested use: Brush the prepared fish fillets with oil, then sprinkle evenly with the spice blend. After resting for 15-20 minutes, cook on a grill, in a frying pan or in the oven. 40 g of spice blend is sufficient for approx. 1,5-2 kg of prepared, unsalted fish.
