Farmhouse sausage spice blend 20x200g (Böllér Kft)

Ingredients: ground paprika class I sweet, ground caraway, dextrose, garlic powder (6%), flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate), ground black pepper, colour (paprika extract), antioxidant (ascorbic acid), spice extract.

Store in a cool. dry place at normal temperature!

Suggested use: Mince 7kg of lean pork and 3kg of pork belly fat using a coarse mincer plate. Add 25dkg of table salt and the spice blend, and mix well. If possible, leave to stand for 1 day, then the next day stuff into thin pork casings, taking care to avoid air pockets. Link into pairs of the desired size, leave to dry for 24 hours, then smoke and dry.
