Ingredients: edible salt, flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate), onion granules, ground MUSTARD SEED, spices, ground white pepper, crushed black pepper, curry powder (spice mix with MUSTARD SEED), sugar, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).
Store in a cool. dry place at normal temperature!
Suggested use: Brush the prepared meat slices with oil, then sprinkle evenly with the seasoning mix. Leave to rest for 15-20 minutes, then cook on a grill, in a frying pan or in the oven. 40 g seasoning mix is enough for approx. 1,5-2 kg of prepared, unsalted meat.
