Roast meat spice blend 15x1000 g (Böllér Kft)

Ingredients: edible salt, carrot granules, onion granules, flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate), parsnip granules, GROUND MUSTARD SEED, ground white pepper, ground caraway, ground allspice, ground bay leaves, leek granules, anti-caking agent (silicon dioxide).

Store in a cool. dry place at normal temperature!

Suggested use: Brush the prepared meat slices with oil, then sprinkle evenly with the seasoning mix. Leave to rest for 15-20 minutes, then cook on a grill, in a frying pan or in the oven.40 g seasoning mix is enough for approx. 1,5-2 kg of prepared, unsalted meat
