UHT product for making confectionery and for cooking.

Ingredients: Water, fully hydrogenated vegetable oils and fats {25%} (fats (palm kernel), oils (rapeseed, sunflower, maize and SOYBEAN in varying proportions)), BUTTERMILK POWDER, skimmed MILK POWDER, maltodextrins, emulsifiers (E472b, 471, E322 SOYA lecithin), stabilisers (E412, E410, E460i, E466).

Serving suggestion:

For cooking: can be used as a sauce for rice, pasta, meat and vegetable dishes, and other courses.

For whipping: chill to between +5 and +10°C, sweeten to taste and whip with an electric mixer at medium speed until the desired consistency is reached.

Store in a cool, dry place at a temperature between 2-20°C!
