Pork loin cutlet fried in a crumbly, crispy coating.

Ingredients: pork loin 60%, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, dextrose, edible salt, yeast), egg, water, vegetable oil (sunflower oil and rapeseed oil in varying proportions), edible salt, tapioca starch

Preparation: Cook the product from frozen. The product must be cooked through before eating. In a conventional or fan oven: approx. 15 minutes at 200°C; in a deep fryer: approx. 2-3-4 minutes at 160°C; in a frying pan: approx. 3-4 minutes over medium heat.

Store below -18°C.

Do not refreeze once thawed!
