Quick-frozen, formed, fully cooked product made with turkey.

Ingredients: 64% turkey Parisian sausage [70% turkey, drinking water, poultry fat with skin, seasoning preparation [starch, stabiliser (diphosphates), edible salt, flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate), antioxidants (citric acid, sodium erythorbate), spice extracts, spice, colour (carminic acid), flavourings], edible salt, starch, preservative (sodium nitrite)], crumb [wheat flour, yeast, edible salt, colours (carotenes, paprika extract)], drinking water, sunflower oil, wheat flour, breading powder [wheat flour, rye flour, stabiliser (hydroxypropyl distarch phosphate), edible salt, thickener (xanthan gum), spice extract]

Store below -18°C.

Do not refreeze once thawed!

Preparation: In a deep fryer: Remove the frozen product from the packaging and heat through in hot oil or fat (at approx. 160-170˚C) for 4-5 minutes. The product can be turned halfway through heating.

In a frying pan: Remove the frozen product from the packaging and heat it through in plenty of hot oil or fat over a medium heat (approx. 160-170˚C) for 7-8 minutes. The product can be turned halfway through heating.

In the oven: Remove the frozen product from the packaging and heat it through in a preheated oven (approx. 170-200˚C) without added fat for 16-18 minutes. The product can be turned halfway through heating.
