Pork escalope stuffed with cheese and ham, wrapped in a crispy coating.

Ingredients: pork loin 50%, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, dextrose, edible salt, yeast), egg, pork ham 8% "assembled from pieces of meat" (pork 80%, water, tapioca starch, nitrite curing salt (table salt, preservative: sodium nitrite), stabiliser: diphosphates, maltodextrin, dextrose, antioxidant: sodium ascorbate, flavouring, spice extracts), Gouda cheese 6%, vegetable oil (sunflower oil and rapeseed oil in varying proportions), edible salt, tapioca starch

Preparation: Do not thaw the product before cooking! The product must be thoroughly cooked before consumption. Frying pan: approx. 7 minutes over medium heat, deep fryer: approx. 4 minutes at 160°C, conventional or fan oven: approx. 25 minutes at 200°C.

Store below -18°C.

Do not refreeze once thawed!
