Quick-frozen breaded Trappist cheese.

Ingredients: Trappist cheese 35% (pasteurised cow's milk, edible salt, culture, calcium chloride, rennet enzyme), Drinking water, Breadcrumbs [wheat flour, drinking water, yeast, edible salt, colours (paprika extract, carotene)], Wheat flour, Sunflower oil, Starch, Edible salt

Store below -18°C.

Do not refreeze once thawed!

Preparation: In a deep fryer or frying pan:Fry the frozen slices in plenty of hot oil at 180-190°C for 2-3 minutes, until the coating on the cheese is nice and crispy. In the oven: Place the frozen cheeses in a hot fan oven preheated to 190°C. In 8 minutes the cheeses become pleasantly soft and the coating turns golden brown.
