Nádudvari Real Camembert nuggets 4x2.5kg/#

Frozen Nádudvari breaded Camembert cheese.

Ingredients: Camembert cheese 50% (pasteurised cow's milk, edible salt, milk protein, culture, rennet enzyme, Camembert culture), breadcrumbs [ wheat flour, drinking water, yeast, edible salt, colours (paprika extract,carotene)], drinking water, vegetable oils (sunflower, rapeseed), edible salt.

Store below -18°C.

Do not refreeze once thawed!

Preparation: In a deep fryer or frying pan:Fry the frozen pieces in plenty of hot oil at 180-190°C for 2-3 minutes, until the coating on the cheese is nice and crispy. In the oven: Place the frozen cheeses in a hot fan oven preheated to 190°C. In 8 minutes the cheeses become pleasantly soft and the coating turns golden brown.
