Dixi Gastro Breaded cauliflower 4x2.5 kg

Breaded cauliflower, quick-frozen.

Ingredients: cauliflower florets (56%), breading {breadcrumbs [wheat flour, edible salt, yeast, colour (paprika extract)], drinking water, wheat flour, colouring and flavouring mix [edible salt, flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate), dextrose, sugar, vegetable mix (carrot, lovage root, parsley leaf, parsley root, parsnip, potato, onion, leek – in varying proportions), spices, vegetable oil (sunflower oil), colour (riboflavins)], edible salt, modified starch}, sunflower oil.

Store below -18°C.

Do not refreeze once thawed!

Preparation: In a frying pan / deep fryer: After removing the packaging, place the frozen product in plenty of hot oil or fat and heat through at approx. 160°C for 6-7 minutes. In the oven: Preheat the oven to 200°C. After removing the packaging, place the frozen product on a baking tray lined with baking paper and lightly greased with oil, then bake for 14-16 minutes. Turn the product occasionally so that both sides become crispy.
