Do not refreeze once thawed!

Preparation:In a frying pan: Heat oil in a frying pan, then fry the frozen fish sticks for 5-8 minutes, turning them occasionally. In a combi steamer: Preheat the combi steamer to 180°C. Place the frozen fish sticks on a tray, then bake for 10-11 minutes (baking paper may also be used).
