Breaded fish fingers 4x2.5 kg

Quick-frozen breaded, pre-fried fish fingers.

Ingredients: white fish fillet 58 % *, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, drinking water, spices, table salt, yeast), vegetable oil (rapeseed oil), wheat flour, table salt, potato starch

Store below -18°C.

Do not refreeze once thawed! Must be cooked before consumption!

Preparation: In the oven: Preheat the oven together with the baking tray to 230 C. Bake the fish fingers from frozen on the middle shelf of the oven for 15-17 minutes (in a gas oven at level 4-5 the baking time is approx. 13-15 minutes). Turn the fish fingers over after 10 minutes. In a frying pan: Heat oil in the frying pan, then fry the fish fingers from frozen over a moderate heat for 5-8 minutes, turning occasionally, until golden brown. In a deep fryer:Fry the fish fingers from frozen in a deep fryer at 170 °C for approx. 3-4 minutes.
