Breaded Alaska pollock portions, pre-fried, quick-frozen.

Ingredients: Alaska Pollock fillet (55%), flour (from wheat, rice, mustard), water, rapeseed oil, starches (maize, potato), salt, raising agents: E450i, E503ii; spices, yeast, egg white powder

Country of origin: Poland

Store below -18°C.

Do not refreeze once thawed!

Preparation: In a frying pan: Heat oil in a frying pan, then fry for 10-12 minutes. In a deep fryer: Heat the oil to 180 °C and fry the frozen product for 6 minutes.In the oven: Preheat the oven to 230°C. Place the frozen portions on a tray, then bake for 18-20 minutes (baking paper may be used).
