Do not refreeze once thawed!

Preparation: In a frying pan: Heat the oil in the frying pan. Add the frozen fish portions. Fry for 10-12 minutes, turning occasionally. In the oven: Preheat the oven to 225°C and bake the frozen product for 15 minutes. In a combi steamer: Preheat the oven to 225°C and bake the frozen product for 12 minutes. Not recommended for microwave ovens!
