Artisan catfish gyros meat, quick-frozen.

Ingredients: fish (African catfish), spice mix [edible salt, granulated sugar, flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate), garlic, paprika, oregano, onion, thyme, rosemary, marjoram, black pepper, coriander, bay leaf, chilli, cumin]

Preparation: Best cooked on a griddle plate. We recommend oiling the surface before cooking and cooking the frozen gyros meat without thawing. On a contact grill at 180 degrees for 8 minutes. It can also be fried in oil in a frying pan over a medium heat for approx. 8 minutes.

Store below -18°C.

Do not refreeze once thawed!
