Ingredients: beef 80%, beef fat 20%, spices (Salt, Pepper)
Preparation: cook on a griddle or in a grill pan. It is recommended to thaw the meat before cooking. Cook at a high temperature, approx. 200°C, for 3-4 minutes on each side.
Store below -18°C.
