Potato noodles filled with plum jam, quick-frozen.

Ingredients: water, fine wheat flour, semi-fat cottage cheese (turo) 14%, potato, potato flakes (dried potato 99.2%, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), stabiliser (diphosphates), preservative (sodium metabisulphite)), sugar, edible lard, edible salt, margarine (vegetable oils and fats (palm oil, rapeseed oil, sunflower oil) in varying proportions, water, edible salt, emulsifiers (polyglycerol esters of fatty acids, mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, lecithins), acidity regulator (citric acid), preservatives (sorbic acid, potassium sorbate), flavouring, colour (carotenes)), semolina, vanilla sugar (sugar, flavouring (crystalline vanillin)), whole egg powder

Do not refreeze once thawed!

Preparation: Place the frozen product in plenty of boiling water, cook over a medium heat for 1-2minutes after it returns to the boil, then drain and rinse with cold water. Then roll in breadcrumbs toasted in fat and dust with icing sugar to taste.
