Bombajó Potato noodles with poppy seed 18x600g

Potato noodles filled with poppy seed cream, quick-frozen.

Ingredients:water, fine wheat flour, potato flakes 11% [potatoes 99.4 %, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), antioxidants (rosemary extract, citric acid), stabiliser (disodium pyrophosphate)], potato puree 11% {water, potato flakes 25% [potatoes 99.4 %, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), antioxidants (rosemary extract, citric acid), stabiliser (disodium pyrophosphate], salt, ascorbic acid}, edible poppy seeds 6.2%, edible lard, cream powder [sugar, modified starch, whey powder, dextrose, vegetable oils and fats (coconut), acidity regulators (sodium phosphates, tetrasodium diphosphates, calcium phosphates), lactose, milk protein, glucose syrup powder, thickener (sodium alginate), emulsifier (lactic acid esters of mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), vanilla flavourings, colours (annatto norbixin, riboflavin)], sugar, edible salt, modified maize starch, whole egg powder, potato flavouring.

Do not refreeze once thawed! Once thawed, the frozen product must be consumed on the same day!

Preparation: Place the frozen product in plenty of boiling water, cook over a medium heat for 1-2minutes after it returns to the boil, then drain and rinse with cold water. Then roll in breadcrumbs toasted in fat and dust with icing sugar to taste.
