Potato noodles filled with plum jam, quick-frozen.

Ingredients:Fine wheat flour, water, mashed potato (19%) {water, potato flakes (25%) [potato (99.4%), emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), antioxidants (rosemary extract, citric acid), stabiliser (disodium diphosphate], salt, ascorbic acid}, plum jam (18%) [plum concentrate, sugar, acidity regulator (citric acid), preservative (potassium sorbate), colour (caramel)], potato flakes (9.3%) [potato (99.4%), emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), antioxidants (rosemary extract, citric acid), stabiliser (disodium diphosphate)], edible lard, whole egg powder, edible salt, modified starch, potato flavouring

Do not refreeze once thawed!

Preparation: Place the frozen product in plenty of boiling water, cook over a medium heat for 1-2minutes after it returns to the boil, then drain and rinse with cold water. Then roll in breadcrumbs toasted in fat and dust with icing sugar to taste.
