Baked product made from yeast dough, with apricot filling, quick-frozen.

Ingredients: yeast dough 71% [wheat flour, drinking water, bakery mix (wheat flour, whey powder, edible salt, emulsifiers: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, egg white powder, pregelatinised maize flour, sunflower oil, flour treatment agent, ascorbic acid), rapeseed oil, pasteurised liquid egg, sugar, yeast], apricot filling 19% [sugar, drinking water, concentrated apricot puree 20%, modified maize starch, concentrated lemon juice, thickener: pectins, colouring foods (carrot and pumpkin concentrate), natural flavouring, acidity regulator: calcium citrates], palm oil, sweet decorating powder 2.9% (glucose, wheat starch, palm fat, rapeseed oil).

Use: The product is ready to eat once thawed. Thaw the product without the film at room temperature for 2 hours.

Do not refreeze once thawed; consume within 2 days!
