Do not refreeze once thawed!

Preparation suggestion: Preheat the oven to 200°C. Brush the frozen vegetables lightly with oil, place them in an ovenproof dish and heat through for 20-30 minutes. Alternatively, heat oil in a frying pan and fry over a medium heat, stirring well.
