Full-fat, semi-hard cheese.

Ingredients:Pasteurised cow's milk, Edible salt, Rennet, Firming agent: calcium chloride, Fat in dry matter at least 45% (m/m)

Preparation: On the grill: On charcoalIf using a grill rack, oil the grill surface and place the cheese slices, cut 1-1.5 cm thick, on it. After a few minutes, carefully turn them over and grill the other side until golden brown as well. Best served fresh and hot.On an electric grillIf the grill surface is prone to sticking, use a few drops of oil. No oil is needed on a non-stick surface. Cut the cheese into slices 1-1.5 cm thick; they only need to be turned once during cooking. Cook both sides until golden brown. Serve fresh and hot! On the hob: In a frying panIf the pan surface is prone to sticking, use a few drops of oil. Hajdú grilling cheese can easily be cooked without oil in a non-stick pan. Cut the cheese into slices 1 cm thick; the slices only need to be turned once during cooking. Cook both sides until golden brown, keeping the inside soft. Best eaten immediately.
