Raw, quick-frozen cottage cheese strudel with sweeteners.

Ingredients: cottage cheese 70% ((cottage cheese 35%, skimmed cow's milk, stabiliser (E1414, E1422, E407, fibre), bacterial culture), (ricotta 355)), strudel pastry (wheat flour, drinking water, edible salt), refined sunflower oil, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, drinking water, yeast, edible salt), thickener (modified starch E1422), sweetener (drinking water, sucralose, stevia (steviol glycosides), liquorice extract (glycyrrhizin), acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative: K-sorbate), lemon flavouring (maize flour, grape sugar, maize starch, natural lemon oil, natural lemon juice)

Pack size: 600g/db

Preparation: Without thawing, bake in an oven preheated to 200-220°C for 20-25 minutes. Slice to taste with a serrated knife.

Store below -18°C.

Do not refreeze once thawed!
