Raw, quick-frozen marrow and poppy seed strudel.
Ingredients: Grated marrow 50 %, ground poppy seeds 25 %, granulated sugar, drinking water, strudel pastry (wheat flour, water, salt), breadcrumbs (wheat flour, water, yeast, salt), refined sunflower oil, thickener (modified starch E1422).
Pack size: 600g/db
Preparation: Without thawing, bake in an oven preheated to 200-220°C for 20-25 minutes. Slice to taste with a serrated knife.
Allergenic ingredient: gluten.
Store below -18°C.
Do not refreeze once thawed!
