Raw, quick-frozen cottage cheese and chocolate strudel.

Ingredients: Quark 50 %[(quark 25% skimmed cow's milk,stabiliser (E1414,E1422,E407,fibre) bacterial culture), (ricotta 25%)], granulated sugar, strudel pastry (wheat flour, drinking water, edible salt), cocoa coating 6.2% (sugar, palm kernel, low-fat cocoa powder (15%), emulsifiers (lecithins and E476), flavouring), refined sunflower oil, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, drinking water, yeast, edible salt), thickener (modified starch E1422), vanilla sugar (sugar, crystalline vanillin), lemon flavouring (maize flour, grape sugar, maize starch, natural lemon oil, natural lemon juice).

Pack size: 600g/db

Preparation: Without thawing, bake in an oven preheated to 200-220°C for 20-25 minutes. Slice to taste with a serrated knife.

Allergenic ingredient: gluten.

Store below -18°C.

Do not refreeze once thawed!
