Raw, quick-frozen cottage cheese and apricot strudel with sweeteners.

Ingredients: Cottage cheese 62 %[(cottage cheese 31% skimmed cow's milk, stabiliser (E1414, E1422, E407, fibre) bacterial culture), (ricotta 31%)], strudel pastry (wheat flour, drinking water, edible salt), halved apricots 8%, refined sunflower oil, breadcrumbs (wheat flour, drinking water, yeast, edible salt), thickener (modified starch E1422), sweetener [drinking water, sucralose, stevia (steviol glycosides), liquorice extract (Glycyrrhizin), acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative: K-sorbate], lemon flavouring (maize flour, grape sugar, maize starch, natural lemon oil, natural lemon juice).

Pack size: 600g/db

Preparation: Without thawing, bake in an oven preheated to 200-220°C for 20-25 minutes. Slice to taste with a serrated knife.

Store below -18°C.
