Gyros spice blend 20x250 g (Böllér Kft)

Ingredients: edible salt, dextrose, ground sweet paprika (class I), garlic powder, carrot granules, flavour enhancer (monosodium glutamate), ground and cracked black pepper, spices, parsnip granules, garlic oil, anti-caking
agent (silicon dioxide).

Store in a cool. dry place at normal temperature!

Serving suggestion: Brush the prepared meat slices with oil, then sprinkle evenly with the spice mix. After resting for 15-20 minutes, cook on a grill, in a frying pan or in the oven. 40 g of spice mix is enough for approx. 1,5-2 kg of prepared, unsalted meat.
