Ingredients: Pork, bacon fat, edible salt, spices, dextrose, flavouring, antioxidant (sodium ascorbate), pork protein, spice extracts, colour (carminic acid), preservative (sodium nitrite), starter culture. 100g of finished product is made from 137g of pork. After opening, consume within 5 days, but no later than the date shown on the label. Serving suggestion: for the best flavour, open the pack 5 minutes before serving! Contains NO added soya protein, gluten or flavour enhancers.
