Falafel 10x1kg

Ingredients: chickpeas 60%, semolina, vegetable oils (rapeseed oil, sunflower oil, in varying proportions), onion, parsley, maize starch, salt, spices, raising agent (sodium hydrogen carbonate)

Store below -18°C.

Do not refreeze once thawed!

Preparation: In the oven: Place the falafels on a baking tray in a single layer. Bake at 160°C for 12-14 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy, turning halfway through. In an air fryer: Cook the product for 7-10 minutes at 175°C, turning halfway through the cooking time. In a deep fryer: Fry the falafels for 3-4 minutes in oil heated to 175°C.
